Refund policy

Due to the nature of our consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Exceptions:

  • If the product is damaged or spoiled
  • If you received the wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
