We ship from United Arab Emirates.

Can I Refund Or Change Or Cancel My Order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement of equal value. Please document the issue upon delivery (photos or video), as we are not responsible for damage occurring after receipt, especially for perishable items.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay) payments and cash on delivery.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
If the order placed after 9pm it will be processed the day after.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
From 24h to 48h.
